Curriculum Modules

The Curriculum, consisting of nine different areas of focus and study modules, has been developed for 'stand alone' study or for use in a variety of delivery methods including: seminars or workshops, as part of a webinar or lunch and learn seminars, or as a foundation for a customized training program suited to the needs of a specific company.

Modular training materials enable food and beverage processing companies to develop an effective workforce management system that will address ongoing workforce challenges. Each of the module topics consists of a PowerPoint presentation, along with Trainer Notes, trainer aids and a Participant Workbook. Delivery of these curriculum modules and training materials became available late in 2009.
