Destination Excellence materials are enablers! The goal of the program is to enable companies to develop an effective workforce management system that will make them top choice employers. The target audience of these materials includes company principals, managers, supervisors, lead hands and human resource staff. Destination Excellence materials are designed to be used in a variety of ways and delivered by different mediums.

The program, Destination Excellence: Creating Employers of Choice in the Ontario Food and Beverage Processing Industry evolved from a study conducted by the Alliance of Ontario Food Processors (AOFP) and the provincial and federal governments, in which key workforce and labour issues affecting the processing sector were identified.
